The encoded protein positively regulates Notch signaling by ubiquitinating the Notch receptors, thereby facilitating their endocytosis. This protein may also promote the ubiquitination and degradation of death~associated protein kinase 1 (DAPK1). [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2013] |
