Western blot analysis of lysates from mouse spleen, mouse heart tissue lysate (from left to right), using Mapk11 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. #P32787). P32787 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 20ug per lane.

Western blot analysis of lysate from mouse NIH/3T3 cell line, using Mouse Mapk11 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. #P32787). P32787 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.

Flow cytometric analysis of SH-SY5Y cells using Mouse Mapk11 Antibody (N-term)(green, Cat#P32787) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG(blue). P32787 was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

Mouse Mapk11 Antibody (N-term) (P32787)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse live tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of Mouse Mapk11 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
