Western blot analysis of lysates from K562 cell line, mouse liver tissue lysate (from left to right), using CYB5R2 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. #P32774). P32774 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.

Responsible for NADH-dependent lucigenin chemiluminescence in spermatozoa by reducing both lucigenin and 2-[4-iodophenyl]-3-[4-nitrophenyl]-5-[2,4- disulfophenyl]-2H tetrazolium monosodium salt (WST-1). |
