IGFALS Antibody (Center) (Cat. #P30355) flow cytometry analysis of Jurkat cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma reacted with IGFALS Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Production of the protein, which contains twenty leucine-rich repeats, is stimulated by growth hormone. Defects in this protein are a cause of acid-labile subunit deficiency, which maifests itself in a delayed and slow puberty. |
