Microtiter wells were coated with human immunoglobulins with various isotypes. P15001 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
Result: P15001 does not cross-react with human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, IgM and IgE.
Lane 1: 100 ng of human IgA; Lane 2: 100 ng of human IgM; Lane 3: 100 ng of human IgG;Lane 4: 100 ng of human IgE; Result: P15001 can specifically detect human IgA by Western blotting.

IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue;Result: Germinal center cells and squamous epithelial cells are positively stained at the cytoplasm.
